The present Application filed by the Liquidator to amend memo of party in IA 857 of 2020 and IA 409 of 2020 in CP (IB) 82 of 2019 and to replace Resolution Professional by substituting the name of Liquidator. Mr. Dilipkumar Natvarlal Jagad who is the Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor Company in place of the Resolution Professional Mr. Nitin Vishwanath Panchal. Impleadment in the memo of parties in the above IAs are allowed. Accordingly, prayer (a) in the present Application is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to carry out necessary corrections wherever necessary in the above IAs. In view of the above, IA 2855 of 2021 is disposed of.
