The above application is filed by the authorized representative of the Committee of Creditors of the Corporate Debtor for replacement of the IRP. The COC has approved with 100% voting the appointment of Mr. Arun Bagaria having registration no. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00278/2017-2018/10836 as a Resolution Professional.

After hearing the submissions of the Applicant and upon perusing the material available on record, this Bench feels that the above application deserves to be allowed and accordingly, the same is allowed by appointing Mr. Arun Bagaria as RP to carry out the remaining CIRP process.
