ORDER
- There has been no representation in the matter.
- The matter was called for hearing on 11.08.2021, 20.10.2021 and even today. When the matter was on board on 20.10.2021, it was stated that if there is no representation on behalf of the Operational Creditor, on the next date of hearing the matter shall be dismissed, however even today there is no appearance on behalf of the Operational Creditor. It is construed that the Operational debtor is not interested in pursuing the present petition. Hence the same shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
