I, Uttam Singh, S/o Chunni Lal, resident of in front of Prakash Motors, Lalitpur Road, Rajgarh, District Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh), through this letter wish to draw your kind attention to the continuous illegal excavation of soil / gumma that has been going on for several years in Village Bijauli (Chauka Patha Ward No. 22), Police Station Prem Nagar, Tehsil Jhansi, District Jhansi. This illegal mining is being carried out on a large scale using heavy machinery by Gajendra Singh Yadav and Ravindra Singh Yadav, sons of Manohar.

1. Illegal mining has been continuously taking place for a long time in Village Bijauli (Chauka Patha Ward No. 22), Police Station Prem Nagar, Jhansi.
