Vide order dated 10.04.2026, the applicant was directed to serve notices on respondents no. 1 and 5 by speed post and file affidavit of service.

The applicant has filed affidavit of service with proof of service regarding delivery of notices to respondents no. 1 and 5.

None has appeared for respondents no. 1 and 5 despite due service and respondents no. 1 and 5 are proceeded against ex-parte.

Vide order dated 10.04.2026, Member Secretary, OSPCB was directed to file his own affidavit within four weeks explaining the reasons for delay in filing of the report.

In compliance thereof, affidavit dated 08.05.2026 has been filed by the Member Secretary, OSPCB. Report of the Joint Committee has also been re-filed after removal of defects on 22.04.2026.

I.A. No.84/2026/EZ has been filed by respondent no.6 with a prayer for change of the name of respondent no.6 from “M/s Vedanta Ltd.” to “M/s Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited” in the memo of parties.

Learned Counsel for the applicant and Learned Counsel for respondents no. 2 to 4 have no objection if abovesaid I.A. is allowed. 8. In view of the reasons mentioned and also no objection, I.A. No. 84/2026/EZ is allowed.

Amended memo of parties has been filed along with the above said I.A. The Registry is directed to attach the amended memo of parties at appropriate place.

Supplementary affidavit dated 07.07.2026 has been filed by the applicant.

Learned Senior Counsel for respondent no. 6 seeks time for filing its response which request is allowed.

Response by respondent no.6 may be filed at least one day before the next date of hearing fixed.
