The Tribunal by order dated 23.04.2026, had formed a joint committee mentioning the issues to be examined by the joint committee and directing the joint committee to complete the exercise within three months and submit the report.

I.A. No. 635/2026 has been filed by respondent no.1 seeking extension of further three months’ time for submitting the report of the joint committee. On due consideration, the prayer made in the I.A. is accepted and I.A. No. 635/2026 is disposed of.
