This application has been moved before this Tribunal to modify the order dated 3^rd of February, 2026. The matter is reported to be pending before Hon’ble Apex Court. Learned counsel for the state has raised the issue of clarifying the stage to be considered by the SEIAA. The order impugned speaks itself and requires no further clarification. Para 20 is quoted as follows:-

“We further refer the matter to the SEIAA concerned to consider it in accordance with law complying the provisions contained in Section 2,3 and 6 in EIA Notification, 2006, and pass order in accordance with law”
