Learned counsel for the state has raised the issue of clarifying the stage to be considered by the SEIAA. The order impugned speaks itself and requires no further clarification. Para 20 is quoted as follows:-

“We further refer the matter to the SEIAA concerned to consider it in accordance with law complying the provisions contained in Section 2,3 and 6 in EIA Notification, 2006, and pass order in accordance with law”
