I.A. No.354/2026 has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to restrict this original application to the challenge to District Survey Reports of District Shamli and Basti and permit the applicant to file a fresh original application challenging supplementary DSR of District Banda dated 28.12.2024. The prayer is not opposed by respondents. Even otherwise, the proceedings dated 19.03.2026 record the statement of Learned Senior Counsel for District Magistrate, District Banda that earlier DSR of June 2024 has been replaced and overridden by new DSR of District Banda of October 2024.

In such circumstances, prayer made in the IA No. 354/2026 is allowed. Correction, if any, in the original application can be carried out by the applicant within in 10 days.
