This is an application filed by the applicant to execute and enforce the directions issued on 15.01.2026 (para 20 & 21). The order has already passed on previous date. However, we direct the respondent to comply the order letter and spirit. I.A. No. 35/2026 stands disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has highlighted the water analysis by the competent technical experts.

We direct and request the Regional Director, Central Pollution Control Board, Bhopal to nominate three officials one from the CPCB, one from the expert in Hydrology from any technical institute and one expert

from the Water Land Management Institute to examine the water

quality at different places as highlighted in the application.

Copy of the application and relevant documents be forwarded to the Regional Director, CPCB, Bhopal for submission of the report after calling the expert report with remedial suggestions.

Applicant is directed to serve the copy of the document to Regional Director, CPCB, Bhopal. This exercise shall be completed within four weeks and report be submitted on or before the next date of listing. List it on 23^rd July, 2026 .
