EC was granted accordingly, looking to the fact that the area being less than 20,000 sq. mtrs. There is no ambiguity or irregularity in the said process of grant of EC. There are number of other ECs (three), which have subsequently been granted to the Project Proponent. As on date, for the total BUA 7,44,110 sq. mtrs., EC has been granted to the Project Proponent, which is not found annexed with the reply affidavit of Respondent No.2. In this regard, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that he will provide a copy of the same today itself.
