The applicant filed OA No. 122 of 2024 complaining about running of industrial unit- M/s Shubh Chemicals & Organosys Pvt Ltd. in violation of environmental norms.

The above said O.A was disposed of by this Tribunal vide order dated 26.04.2024.

UPPCB was thereby directed to prepare an action plan for utilization of environmental compensation of Rs. 5,10,000/- deposited by the Project Proponent and submit its report.

Due to non receipt of report in compliance of order dated 26.04.2024, matter has been listed by the Registry by registering present miscellaneous application for further orders before this Tribunal.

Vide order dated 09.12.2024 UPPCB was directed to file compliance report.

In compliance of order dated 09.12.2024, report by way of affidavit has been filed by Regional Officer, UPPCB, Muzaffarnagar regarding utilization of the amount of Rs. 5,10,000/- by plantation of 682 trees in the premises of the industrial unit and land acquired by the project proponent for the purpose.

In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken on the present miscellaneous application which is disposed of accordingly.
