From the side of Respondent No.1- GCZMA, learned counsel Ms. Supriya Dangare has appeared, who submits that she has received order of her appointment yesterday only in this matter, therefore, she has to go through the file of this appeal, for which some time may be allowed.

From the side of appellant, appellant has appeared in-person before us, who submits that the matter is ripe for final arguments and that earlier an I.A. No.76/2024(WZ) was moved seeking an amendment to the appeal, which has already been disposed of. But we find that by our earlier order dated 05.09.2024, we had granted two weeks’ time to Respondent No.1- GCZMA and Respondent No.2- Pvt. Party to file

objection against the same. But we do not find any such objection to have been filed from their side and still this I.A. appears to be pending.

From the side of Respondent No.3- The Dy. Collector, Fatorda, Goa and for Respondent No.4- The Collector (Revenue), Salcete, Goa, learned counsel Mr. Shubham S. Priolkar has appeared, who submits that he does not want to file objection against the said amendment application.

Somehow we had passed the order on the next date i.e. on 22.11.2024 that the matter be listed for final hearing on 03.03.2025. But record reveals that still I.A. No.76/2024(WZ) is to be disposed of. Therefore, we direct learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 to file objection against the same, if any, within one week and a copy of the same be also served upon all other parties.

Subsequently, appellant has submitted before us that he does not want to press I.A. No.76/2024(WZ). Hence, we dispose of this I.A. as not pressed and direct the Registry to list main matter for final hearing on 28.04.2025.

I.A. No.76/2024(WZ) stands disposed of accordingly.
