In view of the reasons mentioned, I.A. No. 729/2025 is allowed and applicant- M/s Khara Contractors is impleaded as respondent no. 7.

The Registry is directed to amend memo of parties accordingly and issue notice to newly impleaded respondent no. 7.

Notice is ordered to be served on respondent no. 7 through the District Magistrate, Rudraprayag and for this purpose, notice issued to respondent no. 7 may be sent to the District Magistrate, Rudraprayag by
