After filing of report by UPPCB vide email dated 20.11.2024. Reply dated 11.12.2024 was filed by Project Proponent M/s Radico Khaitan Ltd., with I.A. No. 662/2024 for exemption from filing official translation of vernacular documents.

In view of the reasons mentioned I.A. No.662/2024 is allowed and Project Proponent M/s Radico Khaitan Ltd., is exempted from filing official translation of vernacular documents for the time being and the same be filed in due course of time.

UPPCB is directed to file additional response specifically mentioning as to whether the draft SOP issued by it regarding management and disposal of fly ash has been finalized or not and if the same has been finalized then the copy of the SOP may also be placed before this Tribunal.

The same may be filed atleast one week before the next date of hearing fixed.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.3 M/s Radico Khaitan Ltd. seeks time to file additional response with relevant details and supporting documents.

The same may be filed at least one week before the next date of hearing fixed.

List on 13.05.2025 for final hearing.

In view of the facts and circumstance of the case, we also consider personal appearance of the Regional Officer, UPPCB, physically on the next date of hearing to be essential for producing the relevant record and assisting this Tribunal in just and proper adjudication of the questions involved in the case. Accordingly, he is directed to remain present before this Tribunal on that date with the relevant record.
