1. The learned counsel Mr. A. Yogeshwaran representing M/s. Sruthi undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of Respondent No.3 and seeks time to file the reply/report.

2. The learned counsel Mr. Devraj Ashok entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No.4.

3. The applicant has filed an interlocutory application [I.A. No.61 of 2025(SZ)] seeking to implead five of the parties as respondents, which includes the Mangalore City Corporation.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not have any serious objection to impleading them, as the Mangalore City Corporation, represented by its Commissioner, would be the necessary party to furnish its response. Accordingly, the impleading application [I.A. No.61 of 2025(SZ)] is allowed and the proposed parties are impleaded as additional Respondents No.5 to 9 respectively.

5. Let notice be issued to the newly added respondents through the Tribunal as well as privately. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title.
