Interlocutory Application No.48/2025/EZ has been filed by the Applicant therein namely Mr. Sibojyoti Chakrabarti, learned Counsel for the State Respondents.

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking that certain objections in the order of this Tribunal dated 06.05.2025 may be expunged or the order be modified.

This Tribunal at the time of admission had issued notices and directed that notices for the State Respondents be served upon Mr. Sibojyoti Chakrabarti, learned Counsel for the State Respondents.

Learned Counsel, the Applicant herein, submits that he represents the Respondent Nos.2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 and that he does not represent

Respondent No.1 which is the West Bengal Mineral Development and Trading Corporation Limited (WBMDTCL) but by mistake the notice meant for Respondent No.1 was also received by him and therefore the Respondent No.1 remained un-communicated of the notice being issued in the present Original Application leading to certain observations made by this Tribunal in paragraph nos.10 and 12 of the order dated 06.05.2025.

We have gone through the order of the Tribunal dated 06.05.2025 and the averments made in the present I.A. No.48/2025/EZ and we accordingly direct that the paragraph nos.10 and 12 of the affidavit be expunged and fresh certified copy of the order dated 06.05.2025 be issued by the Office of the Tribunal within 24 hours.
