I.A No. 446/2025 has been filed in OA No. 595/2018 seeking permission to amend the cause title of the OA on the ground that managing partner of respondent no.12 namely Sh. K.S. Jagadeesh Reddy has died. Prayer made in the IA is not opposed by any of the Counsel for the parties. On due consideration IA is allowed. Applicant in OA No. 595/2018 is directed to amend the cause title of the OA within one week.

Prayer has been made by Counsel for Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) for granting six weeks’ time to file the reply and also by Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) seeking four weeks’ time to file the reply.

In the circumstances of the case, parties are directed to complete the pleadings within eight weeks.
