Learned counsel Mr. Shivshankar Swaminathan, representing the applicant/appellant, states that he has not received the notices from the Registry of this Tribunal for being served on the respondents. We perused the record and found that the Registry, on its own, has sent notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3 through e-mail dated 29.08.2025, in response to which, however, none out of them has appeared today.

From the side of respondent No.4, learned counsel Mr. Eeshan Usapkar has appeared without any notice for hearing on admission and states that he has no objection to the delay condonation application. He

further states that reply from their side to the main Appeal is ready, a copy of which has also been served to the learned counsel for other parties. We direct him that a copy of the same be placed on record of this Tribunal forthwith.

From the side of respondent No.1 – GCZMA, learned counsel Mr. Gajesh Tari has appeared and states that he leaves it to the discretion of this Tribunal to pass appropriate order on delay condonation application (present I.A.).

Looking to the fact that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are formal parties and that there is no objection from the side of respondent No.4, we condone the delay of eight days caused in filing the present appeal. Present I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of.

We direct all the respondents to file their respective replies to the main appeal within four weeks, to which the appellant may file rejoinder, if so required within two weeks thereafter.

Put up this matter (Appeal No.351/2025) for hearing on admission thereof on 07.10.2025.
