ORDER
1. Pursuant to our earlier order, it is now stated that the Committee is in place with the member from MoEF&CC identified as a substitute for the deceased personnel.
2. It is stated that the inspection of the site would be causedon 24.01.2025 and the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board may require two weeks time from then.
3. The advance hearing application [I.A. No.160 of 2024(SZ)] is closed.
4. Let the matter be listed on 18.02.2025 for final hearing.
