The status report dated 10.01.2025 of the 2^nd Respondent (District Collector - Dindigul District), the status report dated 27.12.2024 of the 6^th Respondent (District Collector – The Nilgiris District) and the report dated 08.01.2025 of the 7^th Respondent (District Collector – Coimbatore District) are filed.

2. The MoEF&CC (Respondent No.1) has filed its affidavit, which is returned due to certain defects. Let the defects be rectified and reupload the report before the date of next hearing.

3. As there is no serious objection raised, the interlocutory application [I.A. No.157 of 2024 (SZ) in O.A. No.74 of 2024 (SZ)] for impleadment is allowed and the applicant viz., United Nilgiris All Associations Federation is impleaded as additional Respondent No.5 in O.A. No.74 of 2024 (SZ).
