ORDER
I.A. No.12 of 2025 (SZ):
1. This is an interlocutory application [I.A. No.12 of 2025 (SZ)] filed to condone the delay in filing the Appeal.
2. As there is no serious objection for the learned counsel appearing for the respondents in allowing the delay condonation application and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the I.A. No.12 of 2025 (SZ) is allowed .
Appeal No.04 of 2025 (SZ):
3. Let notice be issued to the respondents through the Tribunal as well as privately. Mr. G. Vignesh representing Mr. E.K. Kumaresan, the learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondents No.2 to 6.
4. The learned counsel for the appellant would state that the Department of Mining and Geology made note of the violations and taken action, which is under process.
5. Post the matter on 27.03.2025 .
