By this I.A., the applicant/appellant has prayed for a permission to be allowed to take on record three documents, which are annexed with this application.

Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3, who are present today,

have shown their ‘no objection’ to the above I.A. being allowed.

In view of above, we allow this I.A. and direct the Registry to take on record the said documents.

Today, the applicant/appellant has filed this I.A. praying therein for quashing/setting aside the impugned order passed by Respondent No.1GCZMA and remand the matter to Respondent No.1 for re-consideration, in the light of the additional documents, which are submitted today and which have been directed to be taken on record.

Against this I.A. also, there is ‘no objection’ expressed by learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3, rather they have consented that the impugned order may be set aside.

In view of above submissions, we set aside the impugned order and direct Respondent No.1- GCZMA to decide the matter afresh after giving full opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned within one month from the date of uploading of this order.

I.A. NO.833 OF 2025 (WZ) stands disposed of accordingly.

In view of above direction, Appeal No.151 of 2025 (WZ) stands allowed.
