- This is an application seeking review of our judgment dated 22.07.2024. Learned Counsel for the review applicant could not show as to which part of the judgement of Tribunal requires review. He drew our attention to page 36 which refers to the action taken by Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (hereinafter referred to as ‘UP PCB’) with regard to imposition of environment compensation (hereinafter referred to as ‘EC’) upon the review applicant.
