1. After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the applicant for some time, he wanted to withdraw the application and sent an e-mail to that effect, wherein it is stated as follows:-

“I have just appeared before the Court and I undertook that I will withdraw the petition seeking liberty from the Court to re-file the petition afresh with necessary documents and approval and if I am permitted with limitation period.”

2. The application is permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh application subject to limitation.
