Affidavit dated 02.12.2024 has been filed by District Magistrate, Haridwar vide email dated 03.12.2024 along with I.A. No. 623 of 2024 for condonation of delay in filing of the same. On notice of I.A. No. 623/2024 being given to the parties, no objection has been raised to the same. In view of the reasons mentioned, I.A. No. 623/2024 is allowed and delay in filing of the affidavit by the District Magistrate, Haridwar is condoned.

I.A. No. 454/2024 was filed by respondents no. 4 to 8 for early hearing by preponing the case fixed for hearing on 04.12.2024 which has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.

I.A. No. 432/2024 has been filed by respondents no. 4 to 8 for

modification of order dated 01.03.2024 and 10.05.2024.
