This I.A. has been filed by the applicant, in compliance with our previous order dated 04.09.2024, seeking impleadment of EKA Society through its Chairman as respondent No.14 in the present Original Application. We allow the same with a direction that the said impleadment be carried out today itself and place on record an amended memo of parties and a copy of the same be also served upon all other parties.

From the side of applicant, learned counsel Mr. Viraj Pawar has appeared before us.

From the side of respondent No.14- EKA Society through its Chairman, learned counsel Mr. Shivshankar Swaminathan has appeared before us and seeks four weeks’ time to be allowed to file reply affidavit in this matter. We allow the said time with a direction that a copy of the same be served upon all other parties, who may file rejoinder affidavit against the same, if any, within one week thereafter.

From the side of respondent No.13-Project Proponent, learned counsel Mr. Abhishek Salian, holding brief of learned counsel Mr. Saket Mone, has appeared before us and filed a compilation of documents, which is found to be defective by the Registry, as is evident from its report dated 21.11.2024. Therefore, we direct him to cure the said defects within two days and thereafter, place the same on record. We also direct that a copy of this compilation be also served upon all other parties within a week, who may file objection against the same, if any, within one week thereafter.
