Issue raised in this application is against unregulated pollution of tanneries in Jajmau, Kanpur, UP. The said matter is already being dealt with in O.A. No. 985/2019, In Re: Water Pollution by Tanneries at Jajmau, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh and order has been passed in the said matter separately today. Only further issue is against installing PTZ cameras covering smaller units.
In view of order already passed today in O.A. No. 985/2019, no further order is called for. The application is disposed of without prejudice to remedy of the applicant to move concerned authorities, if so advised.
