This appeal is filed challenging the order dismissing the application of the appellant to implead himself in a petition under Section 7 of the I & B Code, 2016. The appellant claims himself to be a majority shareholder and the financial creditor is stated to be a minority shareholder.

This appeal was filed with a delay of 15 days, for condoning which the appellant has taken out IA No.924/2026. On 31.08.2026, the matter was heard and was reserved for orders.

Even as the order in IA No.924/2026 is being prepared, the appellant has filed a memo dated 05.09.2026 wherein he has stated that the main CP(IB) No.21/BB/2025 which was filed under Section 7 of the I & B Code, 2016, itself was withdrawn, consequent to which the appeal has become infructuous.
