The facts of the case are that the Applicants e-filed the Interlocutory Application (IA) on 10.08.2026. The Office after scrutiny of the IA on 17.08.2026, intimated the defects to the Applicants on the same day. The Applicants re-filed the IA on 14.09.2026.
None appeared on behalf of the Applicant. Perused the averments made in the IA as well as Office report.
Considering the reasons mentioned in the IA, which are sufficient, the delay of 21 days in re-filing the IA is hereby condoned.
