The facts of the case are that the Appellants e-filed the Memo of Appeal on 10.07.2026. The Office after scrutiny of the Memo of Appeal on 24.07.2026, intimated the defects to the Appellants on the same day. The Appellants re-filed the Appeal on 20.08.2026.
