07.09.2026 This appeal was taken as the first case in the morning, however, despite giving multiple calls no one appears for the appellant. However, Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 6 and 8 are present. In the interest of justice, we pass over the matter to be taken up in the revised list.
When the matter was taken up in the revised list at about 03:30 P.M., nobody appeared on behalf of the Appellant, we called the appeal multiple times, however, all the times the Appellant was not represented before us, while Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 6 & 8 remained available all the time.
There is no request either from Appellant to adjourn the case.
In view of above, it reflects that the Appellant has lost interest in prosecuting the Appeal.
