[1] Mr. DP. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
[2] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent and Ms. Basei Roja Shahni, learned counsel for the private respondent, do not oppose the prayer.
[3] Considering the submissions made at the bar, writ petition and misc. applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised. Interim order, if any, is merged with the final order.
