[1] Mr. Y. Nirmolchand, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
[2] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent, submits that the oral prayer may be acceded to.
