Mr. W. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the present application has been filed with a prayer for changing the date of hearing of the connected writ petition which was earlier fixed on 15-10-2026 to another date on the ground that the counsel for the petitioner has some difficulty on the date fixed earlier.
Mr. N. Nongdamba, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents No. 1 and 2 and Mr. B. Kirankumar, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents No. 3 to 5 and submitted that they have no objection.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present application is hereby allowed.
Registry is directed to list the connected WP(C) No. 639 of 2018 on 16-10-2026 instead of 15-10-2026.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application stands disposed of.
