Lenin Sarangthem Vs State of Manipur and Anr.

The present application has been filed with the prayer for advancing the date of hearing of the two connected writ petitions on the ground that the petitioner has been kept under suspension since 12-05-2023.

Considering the averments made in the present writ petition, this court is of the opinion that there is reasonable ground for allowing the present application. Accordingly, the prayer made in this present application is hereby allowed.

Registry is directed to list the two connected writ petitions on 24-09-2026 instead of 04-11-2026 as fixed earlier.

With the aforesaid directions, the present application is disposed of.
