Mr. Ajoy Pebam, leanred counsel appearing for the
petitioner submitted that some mistake has been committed with regard to the impleadment of parties in the contempt petition and as the contempt petition is yet to be moved, the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this contempt petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel
appearing for the petitioner, leave is granted.
The present contempt case along with the connected application are hereby closed as being withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
