[1] Heard Mr. TH. Khagemba, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Vijayanand Sharma, learned Sr. PCCG for the respondent No.1 and Mr. M.Devananda, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
[2] Pursuant to the order of this Court passed in WP(C) No.905 of 2018 dated 24.03.2021, it is reported by Mr. Vijayanand Sharma, learned Sr.
PCCG for the respondent No.1 that the respondent authority has complied with the order passed by this Court and passed order No.U.12025/13/2018NE dated 01.09.2021.
[3] When the matter came on the last occasion, Mr. TH. Khagemba, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that though he has received the order of compliance and he seeks time to get instruction form his client and report this Court and hence, the matter was directed to post today. When the matter is taken up today, he represented that the order is complied with. Therefore, he prayed this Court for closing the contempt petition and Mr. Vijayanand Sharma, learned Sr.PCCG agreed for the same.
[4] Due to the compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 24.03.2018 and recording their submissions, this Cont.Cas(C) No.73 of 2021 is closed.
