The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the

1st Respondent herein to hear and dispose of the petitioner's representation/appeal dated 31.01.2026 (received on 02.02.2026) filed under section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook
