The present writ petition is filed for the following relief:-

Heard M/s.P.Revathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the enquiry reveals and confirms the date of death of the petitioner's mother. Appropriate orders will be passed and the death will be recorded and thereafter, the appropriate certificate will be issued and uploaded.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2^nd respondent to record the death of the petitioner's mother and issue death certificate to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
