The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petition dated 25.11.2025 filed under Section 54 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

In the said petition, the petitioner is seeking for modification of the lay out plan approved in favour of the 4^th respondent citing that their immovable properties is surrounded by three water channels and no ingress and egress to the properties and therefore seeks modification of the said approved lay out plan. The petitioner's grievance is that the said petition has not been considered as on today.
