2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader and learned Government Advocate for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the 6 th respondent.

The petitioner preferred a representation dated 03.02.2024 to the respondents 1 to 3 to restrain the 6 th respondent from putting up any poles or towers for passing or transmitting any electricity cables or wires through the petitioner's land in survey no. 306/A/4 for the total extent of 2 Acres 7 Cents in Patta No. 2248 and in Survey No. 197/4 for the total extent of 2 Acres 11 Cents situated at Idaicheval Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Tirunelveli District. However, the since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
