Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus for direct the Respondents to shift the electricity pole situated in Patta No.35, Survey No.234/7, town survey No.20/7, at Ward F, Block No.1 Kattuparamakudi Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District in Plot No.32, based on the petitioners representation dated 24.02.2026 within time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner, claiming that an electricity pole has been erected

without his consent in his patta land, is before this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation. By the said representation, the petitioner has requested the removal of the electricity pole alleged to have been unlawfully erected on his property.

The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner’s representation would be considered in accordance with law within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

The said submission is placed on record. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Engineer (Rural), Paramakudi, to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 24.02.2026,
