ORDER
The writ petition is filed for mandamus directing the 1st respondent to grant an extension of six months' time to complete the construction of the bridge over the Keezhapasalai Canal across the channel in S.No.217/1B as per the earlier permission in vide proceedings dated 27.05.2025 with police protection.

Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the prayer of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
i. The 1st respondent shall take up the representation dated
12.11.2025 for enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the interested parties.
ii. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
