This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to name

transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner from his father's name Late.U,Ramasamy in respect of the property situated in Old S.No.383/2, New S.No.383/2A3, Paruvakudi Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District measuring an extent of 0.17.50 ares by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and rival claimants, if any. Thereafter, the respondent shall pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
