This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith approve and grant registration of the petitioner's application dated 03.09.2025 as a Class III Contractor, which has been kept pending without any valid reason for more than five months, on the basis of the documents already uploaded and in the light of the Class III Contractor Registration Certificate issued by the 3^rd Respondent, namely Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing and Development Corporation (TAHDCO).

disposal at the admission stage itself.

3 . The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would

submit that the petitioner has already filed an application dated 03.09.2025, seeking to register the petitioner as Class III contractor. Since the said application has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for

the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner dated 03.09.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 03.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6 . With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
