The learned counsel for the second respondent, who was the erstwhile President of the Trust, submitted that the tenure of the petitioner as President of the Trust has since expired.

In view of the fact that the tenure of the petitioner as President of the Trust has expired, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition if he continues to hold the post of President of the Trust. No costs.
