2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that based on a vague complaint lodged by one of the consumers on alleged telephonic conversation, the petitioner has been placed under suspension without even issuing any charge memo.

3.Mr.Arivalagan, learned Standing Counsel take notice

for the respondents and submits that a charge memo has already been issued as against this petitioner on 05.02.2026. A copy of the charge memo is also placed before this Court.

4.Since it is reported that the disciplinary proceedings has already been contemplated as against this petitioner, pursuant to the order of suspension, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
