Vide proceedings bearing Na.Ka.Da10/5415/2023 dated

24.04.2024, permission granted in favour of the petitioner in “Namakku Naame Thittam” for putting up a culvert was cancelled. It is obvious that the petitioner was not put on notice before issuing the impugned cancellation order. On this ground of violation of principles of natural justice, the impugned proceedings stand quashed. The matter is remanded to the file of the first respondent. The first
