2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that he has appeared for ''All India Board Examination for Finger print Expert – 2022'', which was held from 08.11.2022 to 13.11.2022 at National Crime Records Bureau, Mahipalpur, New Delhi and results were published on 28.11.2022. He was not selected. He sought for his answer sheet and it was furnished to him on 28.03.2023. With a grievance that his answer sheet was not properly valuated, he approached this Court and after the interference of this Court, the petitioner's answer sheet was revaluated and upon revaluation, his marks were increased to 57 from 53. The petitioner has sought for revalued answer sheet in order to verify as to whether the revaluation has been properly done.

However, it was denied. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
